Salary By Years of Experience and age

The number of years of experience you have is one factor that’s tied to your skill level than any other. The more you have worked in the area, the more you are good at it and the more favored you are over another.

Another consistent trend related to earnings is age. Simply put, older marketers tend to have higher salaries than younger folks, who have less experience.

Although we there is every reason to believe the claim, the data points are lacking to make a confident conclusion.

The Gap: Salary By Gender

Although great progress has been made by women in joining the ranks of internet marketers, as a business, women still have some ways to go concerning equal pay.
